After long time effort, Ningbo Yinzhou Gain Machinery Co.,Ltd final achieves a success. Last month, Gain Machinery completed the production for big ring machining, which the thickness is only 10 mm, and outer diameter is as big as 490 mm, machining tolerance is only 0.05 mm, perpendicularity & parallelism must be well controlled within 0.1.
The part should be done electroless nickel plating with thickness 14+/-4μm after machining process. Each step must be done carefully to avoid any possible of deformation.
After all process, part was inspected by CMM. The good test result proves each steps were under control.
This tall project, enhances our production experience of such hard task, enriches engineer and operator’s vision. All makes us better to deal some complicated task in future.
